LEGAL STUFF FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS

If you are living overseas and are not an Australian citizen or do not have a permanent resident visa, the Federal Government places limitations on your ability to buy property in Australia. Your property purchase first needs to be approved by the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) . Please contact the FIRB for further information, or speak to their staff.
